Unnecessary Use of Violence by Police in Arkansas Captured on Film

A violent 34-second video of police beating a man outside of a grocery store in Crawford County, Arkansas was posted on Sunday. The video, posted on social media, shows the officers restraining an individual who was later identified by state police as Randal Worcester, 27.

2 of the deputies involved have been suspended, and 1 has been placed on administrative leave. Read more below.
